Our remote
monitoring, remote diagnostic and remote image reviewing
capabilities help us to detect equipment failure before
it happens. That’s why it’s
important to have your imaging equipment serviced on
a regular basis. We offer a variety of cost-effective
maintenance contracts designed to meet your specific
needs.
ECMS has the
capabilities of “dialing in” to
equipment in order to remotely assist our customers with
diagnosing problems. With this capability, we are able
to download and view images for artifact recognition, look
at error logs, view or change DICOM and other networking
information, clean up files, and provide other assistance
that may reduce downtime. |
